Cook up beef to readiness together with bones from ham (or with ham). Brown stick-like chopped carrots, parsley, onions, then add tomato-mash and brown 10 minutes more. Chopped by pieces potatoes put in a broth, then boil it, add boiled and stick-like chopped beet, browned flour, roots, boil 10-15 minutes, and then enrich with sugar and vinegar. Serve with meat, sausage and sour cream.
